The Company was started up in much back in the year 2014, got a legal status, name and fame from January 2016. The Company is Solely owned by Mr. Vaibhav Dilip Rane whereas it has man force of five people. The Company has tie-ups and linkage with excellent Chartered Accountants firms and Company Secretaries firms in Mumbai and Thane.

About the Owner| Key Person :-

Mr. Vaibhav Dilip Rane is born and brought up in Mumbai and a hardcore Mumbaikar. He is 22 year old. He is B.Com Graduate from University of Mumbai in the year 2015. He has qualified his CA Intermediate in May 2014 and now he is a CA Final Candidate. He has also qualified his CS Executive in June 2016 and also a CS Professional / Final Candidate. He has worked for two and half years with M/s. Deepak Rajgor and Co. Chartered Accountants at Fort, Mumbai. He has also worked for one year with M/s. Hindustan Unilever Limited in Direct Taxation Department. In his work experience he has handled several assignments in Accounting, Finalization, Corporate Accounting, Income Tax, TDS, Service Tax, VAT, CST, PTEC, PTRC, Wealth Tax, Statutory Audits, Tax Audits, Secretarial Works, Compliances, ROC works, Legal Documentation, Drafting and several other fields.
